Boban representatives will contact prospects for screening interviews. Boban Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be provided for review.

Deposit Franchise Fee and sign Franchise Agreement

Upon approval, we will connect licensee with a real estate agent in the area to scout for a lucrative site with our requirements to lead your store to success. Store location must be approved by Boban team to move forward.

Sign Store Lease and Floor Plan Design Approval. A blueprint will be mocked up to make sure the store is consistent with the Boban brand. Boban team has a construction team to help and can give advice with a list of proper equipment, materials, and interior design. Renovation with construction and inspection come after.

Training Program provided in-person by Boban team and franchisee will put in inventory and equipment order. Marketing Boosting and Coordination with Boban plus local marketing plan.

Boban team will visit during the store’s opening to ensure a smooth transition.

Once the store is up and running, Boban team will provide licensee with ongoing fulfillment of store supplies. Addition training and customer service management will be available upon licensee request.
