Situated at 20702 Lake Forest Drive, at the bustling intersection of Lake Forest Drive and El Toro Road, this highly visible retail hub is known for its strong traffic exposure and prominent neighbors like Starbucks, Big-O Tires, Los Cabos Bar & Grill, Fuji Café, and the Holiday Inn Express.
The Lake Forest location represents a key milestone in Boban’s aggressive expansion strategy. The center’s prime location, combined with high visibility and easy access to major highways I-5 and CA-241, makes it an ideal destination to introduce Boban’s signature Vietnamese baguettes and coffee to South Orange County.
