CYPRESS, CA – Boban, the highly anticipated Vietnamese fast-casual eatery, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location at 9952 Valley View St, Cypress, CA 90630, in May 2025. Known for its bold flavors and modern take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, Boban features a menu centered around Vietnamese baguettes (bánh mì), rice bowls, and a variety of handcrafted beverages including Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, and Matcha lattes.
Boban is the latest concept from veteran restaurateur Elaine Nguyen, whose portfolio includes Dalat Bistro, Papaya Thai, Mimosa, and Royal Restaurant & Banquet.
At the heart of Boban’s menu are its signature BBQ Pork and Pho Beef baguettes, crafted with high-quality ingredients, house-made pickled vegetables, and an exclusive sauce that elevates each dish with unforgettable flavor.

The Cypress location is one of several corporate-owned affiliate locations launching across Southern California. Additional sites are scheduled to open in Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Rowland Heights, and Hacienda Heights, with several more in development and currently negotiating leases.
